Ådehlÿ Lec Kehq was founded durring the early 14th century in summer of the year 1313, by Meletye Rewqrebqug. The establishment of Ådehlÿ Lec Kehq was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Meletye Rewqrebqug electing to pay people to resettle in Ådehlÿ Lec Kehq.

Ådehlÿ Lec Kehq was built using the conventions of Dwarvern durring the early 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Ådehlÿ Lec Kehq is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature delicute timber framework hidden behind layer upon layer of finly ground plaster bleached to an almost glossy white sheen, with green clay tiled roofs and decorative brass-leafed trim. Even the smallest, poorest looking structures appear to be expencive thanks to the extreem elegence of the organic shapes and paterns going into their lofty, spire-y, vagly gothic designs. The more well off folks live in identicle homes, save for even shiner trim and a more whimsical appearance to their structures flowing forms.

Ådehlÿ Lec Kehq is buildings are arranged within a network of restrictive baked earthen streets which form a rectangular grid, where each block verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller block has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town emploies a series of defencive earthworks and fences to provide minimal protection against wild beasts and smaller groups of intelegent foes. The somewhat suffishent have not been wellmaintained over the years, and while functional are in dire need of some loving care and perhapse light renovation.

A look around Ådehlÿ Lec Kehq gives you an uneasy feeling. Everything is just a little too worn down, a little too dirty, or both. No one makes eye contact. Kids play quietly, but happily. Occasionally a passerby glances at you out of the corner of their eye, staring jsut long enough for it to be uncomfortable. Beneath this surface, the people of Ådehlÿ Lec Kehq can be overheard having academic discussions, as well as talking about scholarly subjects in general. It’s quite clear Ådehlÿ Lec Kehq places a lot of value on education and being a learned individual.

Ådehlÿ Lec Kehq's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by dynamic designs and complex architectural plan forms; intended to heighten feelings of motion and sensuality, and frequently based on the oval. It made extensive and extreme use of: Grandeur, Contrast, Curves and twists, Rich surface treatments, Gilded statuary, Bright colors, Vividly painted ceilings, Fragmented or deliberately incomplete elements, Large-scale frescoes, Dramatic central projections on an external facade, the use of plaster, stucco, or marble finishing, Illusory effects such as trompe l’oeil, and pear-shaped domes. While beloved by the nobility, the common folk tended to despise the style due to the massive consumption of resources required for even a small building constructed in this style.
